Wayne Tool was founded by Gary Paans in 1957 and has been located in Kearny, New Jersey ever since. Although founded as a “mill supply” company, Wayne Tool has contnually updated and progressed as tooling technology has advanced. Currently Wayne Tool is largely focussed on machining with indexable carbide and application specific tools.

Wayne Tool was purchased by Matthew Feeney in 1995, and has continued it’s mission of serving the needs of its customers through expansion into other niche markets in the industry.

In addition to stocking, delivery and technical services, Wayne Tool has recently purchased a Seco shrinkfit machine and is now able to shrink tools into customer’s holders. This helps them realize the benefits of shrinkfit technology without having to invest in a machine of their own, and can save thousands of dollars over time.
